Fine art and storytelling are my two main goals when creating photos. I like to be a fly on the wall and hop in to guide when needed. My ideal wedding day is one that has a solid timeline that allows time to create. Each wedding and elopement is unique, and so is my creative process. From the different film stocks I choose down to the way I shoot varies from each occasion. I send my film out to be developed at trusted labs and scan my photos at my own home studio to ensure the magic of the day is reflected in each image.

I am located in Corvallis, Oregon, and I serve the entire Pacific Northwest. Travel is a passion of mine, and no destination is too far.

This is absoutly normal! Nobody is comfortable in front of the camera at first. Matt and I approach photo and video with candid and natural intentions. We like to document real moments, not posed photos. When it does come time to be present in front of the camera, we help guide you through comfortable posing to make sure you look and most importantly feel your best!

Each gallery I deliver is unique in the exact amount of photos it contains. On average, I deliver on average 70 - 100 images for every hour I am shooting. With film being a longer process than digital photography (developing, scanning, editing), your gallery will be delivered in 5-6 weeks.

With the majority of the day being documented on film, I am not currently offering sneak peaks. This is an industry standard to offer, but does not work for my process. Film is a slow medium, and I find when I have time to spend with the photos rather than rush to edit them in 24-48 hours the results are far superior.

I have a trust second shooter who has worked with me on many weddings and projects. If I feel like your day may need a second shooter due to a tight timeline, an extensive shot list, or other reasons - I may bring a second shotoer to help. This cost is included in my rate and is a decision I make on a case by case basis. If you would like a second shooter to attend your full wedding, please let me know and we can discuss a seperate rate to account for a second shooter!

All of the film photos are converted to digital files and are sent using a secure gallery portal. This portal comes with a code to download your images to your device. This link and code can be shared to all your friends and family so everyone can enjoy your wedding photos.
